On Wednesday, the 6th of August, we hopped on the bus and headed to the Auckland Museum. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us and reminded us of the rules, like walking instead of running. We then joined Room 1 for an exciting volcano lesson with the museum educators. Using all our prior knowledge, we impressed the teacher with what we already knew about volcanoes. We loved learning even more and even got to touch real volcanic rocks! After our lesson, we explored the museum, discovering amazing things about our country and marvelling at the gigantic dinosaur skeletons.
